We make every effort to ensure product accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information, such as availability or images, is error-free.
3. Products and Orders
All products are sold in accordance with European quality and safety standards.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
For B2B customers, bulk or recurring orders may require a signed purchase agreement.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at checkout unless a prior agreement has been made.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.
Invoices must be settled within the agreed term for approved business accounts.
5. Delivery and Pickup
We offer delivery within the Netherlands and across Europe.
Delivery times may vary based on destination and order size.
Pickup orders will be marked as “Ready for Pickup” once processed.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue is verified.
7. Limitation of Liability
Andalus Trading B.V. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays, or website access.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products involved.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process only information necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
